Welcome to Tails Up Dog Training. By booking our services, visiting our facility, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling any session or program.
1. Services
Tails Up Dog Training provides professional dog training, walking, boarding, and related services. Training results depend on each dog’s temperament, history, environment, and owner participation. We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes but strive to provide the highest quality training and care.
2. Payment Policy

Payment is due as stated at booking. Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment.

Accepted payment methods include online payment, cash, or approved electronic platforms.

All services are non-refundable.

Reschedules require 48 hours’ notice; missed or late cancellations forfeit the session.
3. Memberships and Packages

Memberships are valid for the stated term and non-transferable.

Missed sessions are not carried forward unless approved by staff.

Early cancellation may result in a fee equal to one month’s payment.
4. Health and Safety

All dogs must be current on vaccinations and in good health to participate.

Owners must disclose any aggression, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns prior to training.

Tails Up Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety reasons.
5. Liability

While every precaution is taken for the safety of dogs and owners, participation in training or services is at your own risk.
Tails Up Dog Training and its staff are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Media and Photography
We regularly photograph or record sessions for training, documentation, or marketing purposes. If you prefer your dog not be included, please notify us in writing before your session.
7. Scheduling and Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather or emergencies, sessions may be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion. Clients will be notified promptly.
8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
